PROPS will incur no extra fee if they're small, but will merit the +$10 basic background fee if they're large and a potential extra fee if they're especially detailed
COMPLEX DESIGNS will incur a 50% upcharge! if you're okay with me just simplifying the design, let me know

Extreme NSFWI reserve the right to deny a commission for any reason!
I can do a lot of background work, and will usually be willing to try and make your idea a reality! But it can a lot of effort to do so.
Gradients, flat colors, patterns - none of these things incur an extra charge. (Obviously full transparency doesn't either!)
This is for single furnitue pieces in the void, shapes made to imply a vague setting, and the like.
For backgrounds that are meant to take place in actual locations, such as in a bedroom or on a street. These take a while to set up and execute, so I don't intend to budge on the price.
By commissioning me you indicate that you agree to these terms.
People I will refuse commissions from:
Fandom puritans/"anti-shippers"
TERFs and other radfems
People who intentionally harm others
Known scammers
Minors
Anyone who attempts to commission me while falling into any of the above categories will be blocked.
General rules:
There will be NO REFUNDS after the first pass has been approved. If you file a chargeback after approving the first pass I will blacklist you.
Asking for changes after the opportunity has passed will incur an extra fee. For example, if I show you the colored art and you ask for lineart changes, that will cost you.
You need to be aware that commission work from me tends to happen slowly. I have a variety of mental hurdles to overcome when making art I'm not personally choosing to make. However you may contact me at any time for updates, and if I don't send you the first pass within 2 months, you're welcome to ask for a refund.
My rights regarding the finished product:
I may use it as an example of my art (you may request I don't do this)
I retain no ownership of any OCs or ideas shared with me by the client
Once approved, I will make no further edits unless asked for or approved by the original client
These are mostly assurances about policies I always follow. If you don't specifically request that I not share your commission, I will post it to my account, might add it to the examples on this page, and will generally share it. I will always credit you for the idea/any original characters, but the artwork itself, my efforts, remain my legal property.
However, if you wish to commission me for something you wish to use commercially, we can work something out.
The client's rights regarding the finished product:
The client retains all non-commercial rights of the artwork, meaning it can be posted and shared freely, but may not be used for monetary gain of any kind (this can be negotiated for an extra fee, but I will never agree to my art being used for NFTs or AI training)
I request that credit be given with a link back to this page or one of my social accounts, either when posting or if anyone asks (please!)
Under no circumstances will the client be allowed to claim the art was drawn by them or anyone but me
I won't die if you don't credit me every time you post it, but I would greatly appreciate if you did, ESPECIALLY if someone seems interested in buying from me! Additionally, should you claim the work as your own effort, or anyone else's, I will block you and no longer do business with you, as well as tell others about you. If you attempt to use my work commercially without permission, I will file a DMCA.
If we're already in contact, you may ask about commissions that way.
You may also use Ko-Fi to communicate your ideas with me, and that's how I'll be asking for payment anyway.
